23 maja 2023 na boiskach plażowych przy ulicy Mireckiego osiem drużyn stanęło w szranki w zawodach szkół ponadpodstawowych w siatkówce plażowej. IV Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. S. Staszica reprezentowały: Zuzanna Szarek z klasy 2b, Antonina Kłosowska z klasy 1a oraz w rezerwie Aleksandra Wróbel z klasy maturalnej 4b. Ola w czasie trwania meczu zdawała egzamin maturalny. Wspierała nas duchem, oczywiście z wzajemnością.
Zawody odbyły się systemem brazylijskim. Nasze dziewczyny bez żadnej porażki wygrały turniej zajmując 1 miejsce. Tuż za nimi 2 miejsce dla III LO im. Prusa. 3 miejsce wywalczyło II LO im. Plater, a 4 miejsce VI LO im. Korczaka.
GRATULACJE! BRAWO! Awans do wojewódzkich należy się dziewczętom ze STASZICA.

THE TITLE OF CHAMPIONS OF SOSNOWIEC IN GIRLS BEACH VOLLEYBALL DEFENDED
On May 23rd, 2023, on the beach volleyball courts at Mireckiego Street, eight teams crossed swords in the championship of secondary schools in beach volleyball. The IV Staszic High School was represented by: Zuzanna Szarek from class 2b, Antonina Kłosowska from class 1a and in the reserve Aleksandra Wróbel from class 4b. During the match, Aleksandra was taking her matura exam. She supported us spiritually as we wished her best luck.
The competition was held in the Brazilian system. Our girls won the tournament without any defeat, taking 1st place. Right behind them, the 2nd place was taken by III Prus High School. The II Plater High School came 3rd, and the 4th place was taken by the VI Korczak High School.
CONGRATULATIONS! BRAVO! Promotion is well deserved for girls from STASZIC.
